the fan with a screwdriver but i've seen several easier

| General impression |
++ The FOP 32 heatsink is the
same like the heatsink of FOP 38 but the sound is
much softer than the noise of the big brother with 6800 rpm.
Nice heatsink fan combination with good cooling results.
