Acrylic LCD Display holder assembly instructions without the black front

The assembly of the acrylic glass display holder without front screen…

First of all remove the internal protective plastic film from the acrylic glass holder, because you cannot take it easy off after the assembly. The outside protective plastic film can remain up to the end of the assembly on the acrylic glass holder, but if you work carefully you can directly take it off.

Simply put the two wood wedges at both sides between the frontscreen and the rear mounting plate, the wood wedges may not rise up into the recess of the display, if you cannot put the display in the acrylic glass holder.

Now you can insert the display carefully from the rear into the recess, have a look that you don’t scratch with the display. If the distance of the rear mounting plate is not far enough away from the front, push the wood wedges simply again a little bit. After this you use the provided plastic wedge with the grooved side for rear mounting plate, this should be still loose then (approx. concisely with the display plate) – imprint this not firmly!

After this it should look like this …

Now you pull simply the two wood wedges and the black plastic wedge will be pressed against the display, with which the display is held.

That’s it! Have a look from the rear …

For cleaning use little detergent or antistatic plastic cleaner on a lint free cloth and everything is cleaned. Please don’t use other cleaning stuff to the acryl parts because they could get scratches !
