Form factor: The Cooler Master CM 690 III Mid Tower is designed for ATX and Micro ATX motherboards.

Dimensions: The overall height is 505 mm, the width is 230 mm and the depth is 500 mm.

Weight and material: The Cooler Master CM 690 III case is made of steel, plastic and mesh sheets. Its basic weight is approximately 8.9 kg and its shipping weight including the cardboard box is approx. 10.6 kg.

Drive bays: Overall there are 3x 5.25-inch front drive bays. Additionally there are 7x 3.5″ internal drive bays for drives available inside of the Cooler Master CM 690 III, which can be mounted without screws. Alternatively they can be equipped with nothing less than 10x 2.5″ SSDs.

Slots: It is possible to mount up to 7+1 expansion cards.

Cooling: The Cooler Master CM 690 III case is equipped with one large 200mm fan in the front panel and a another 120mm fan at the rear and can be equipped with additional fans. Optional one can mount another 120 mm fan at the case bottom, two 140 mm or 120 mm fans at the case top and additional fans at one side panel.

Miscellaneous: On the top front of the case are 2x USB 2.0 connectors for internal connection, 2x USB 3.0 ports for internal connection, 2x 3.5mm jacks for a headset, a power button with LED, reset button and a HDD LED. A switch to change the fan speed or a switch to change the active disk drive, an eSATA connection and a SATA connection inside of the top storage is unfortunately not included. Thanks to the customizable drive cage, graphics cards can be installed up to a maximum length of 423 mm.
