It was about time to refresh the PC system list of the Redaktion ocinside.de
Beside the older VapoChill system (AMD T-Bred 1700+ with 2505 MHz) there's now an AMD Athlon 64 3000+
Venice (1800 MHz) almost easily overclocked to 2700 MHz (23.05.2006).
It is thus still extremely worth to overclock particularly low-priced processors and enhance the PC clearly
within a few minutes.
The Main-PC got a few updates to a Socket AM2 system with a X2 4000+ and currently an AMD X2 4400+ CPU (10.05.2008).
After the AMD X2 4400+, the PC-system was quite often enhanced and then upgraded to an AMD Phenom II X3 system, which could be unlocked to X4 and reached an overclocking result of 3770 MHz (29.03.2010).
The latest onthefly test sytem was build with an Intel Core i7-875K system and the main PC got an AMD Phenom II X6 1075T processor, which could be overclocked to 4212 MHz.
The ASRock 890GX Extreme3 nevertheless reached with 320 MHz reference clock the third place of the OC ranking.
