The Xtender PC case from Arctic is large, but not an oversized behemoth. On the one hand, this helps reinforce its elegant, premium look, but it also results in certain limitations when it comes to component selection.
If you take this into account, the Xtender Case offers a high-quality PC case equipped with five high-performance A-RGB fans, three of which are even designed as reverse-rotation fans. If you were to buy the fans and a GPU riser for vertical graphics card mounting separately, you’d end up paying more at most retailers than you would for an Arctic Extender VG case with exactly these accessories. In that sense, the price quickly becomes more reasonable when you consider the entire package.
In practical testing, the Xtender case shows itself from its best side. Assembly was hassle-free, and in operation, the Xtender case proved to be particularly quiet with excellent airflow.
Thanks to the unobstructed view into the interior of the case from two sides, RGB components really stand out and turn the PC into a first-class light show.
