The following 360° panoramic view shows the Wokyis Retro Docking Station for Mac mini M4/M4 Pro with all its details.

The screen on the front is a 5-inch ISP display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels, which can be used either via the USB-C host connection or the additional HDMI input.
There is no switching between the different inputs. On the front of the Wokyis MacMini M4 Dock there are two USB-A ports, the SD and micro SD slot and a USB-C port under the display.
There are a few ventilation slits on the side in the lower area.
The rear of the housing offers two additional USB-A connections and an HDMI input, allowing the Wokyis Mac Mini Dock to be used as a normal external monitor. There is also a USB-C input for the power supply and the host connection for the computer.
The slot for the NVMe SSD is also located in the upper part of the rear. This is closed by a metal plate that is held in place magnetically. The plate also serves as passive heat dissipation for the SSD.
There are two buttons in a small recess on the top that can be used to adjust the brightness of the built-in 5-inch screen.
If you use the dock with another computer, the lid ensures that you have a complete, small case. When used with a PC, you can even store one or two USB cables, thermal pads and a small screwdriver in the lower section.
To use the dock with the Mac Mini M4, the bottom cover must be removed.
The dock can then be fitted precisely onto the Mac Mini. The cut-outs on the underside still allow full access to all of the Mac’s connections on the front and rear. The lid itself is not required for this type of use.
Since the Wokyis dock only sits loosely on the Mac, you always have to lift both devices if you want to move the whole thing around on your desk, for example.
