The delivery of the Assassin IV …

The Assassin IV is packaged in a simple, cubic cardboard box. Extremely elaborate packaging design has been avoided, which saves both manufacturing costs and the environment.

A comprehensive list of the air cooler’s technical data can be found on the back.

When you open the packaging, you don’t yet get to see the object of desire. We can only see the foam and the box with the accessories.

We let the cooler slide out of the packaging with the help of gravity. With the amount of foam available, there is no need to worry about any damage during transportation – it couldn’t be safer.

This is included in the delivery package …

After removing the protective material around the cooler, we can admire the Assassin IV in all its glory for the first time. At first glance, one wonders why such an elegant cooler has to be called Assassin, but the product developers have certainly put a lot of thought into the name.

The small box contains a wide range of accessories for mounting the cooler.

A separate backplate is included for Intel systems and there are also a number of high-quality adapter pieces and screws so that the cooler can be optimally attached.

The following components are also included …
– a frame for mounting a third fan
– a cleaning cloth
– 1.5g thermal paste in a practical syringe
– a spatula
– a long screwdriver

Complete and detailed installation instructions for Intel and AMD systems are also included.

The generous amount of heat-conducting paste, the detailed assembly instructions and the long screwdriver are already a positive feature, as some manufacturers have recently cut back on these components.
