Mach Xtreme Technology shows with this MX-DS Turbo 120GB SATA III SSD, what SSDs can reach with the SF-2281 Controller. The brand-new SandForce SSD is tested with some benchmark tools in AHCI and Legacy IDE mode at SATA3 port and all values are compared to all SSDs tested at ocinside.de so far. Mach Xtreme Technology delivers the S511 2.5″ SSD with a 2.5″ to 3.5″ mounting bracket and screws.

SATA3 connections are identical to conventional SATA2 and SATA3 hard disk connections, so this SATA3 SSD can also operate with slower speed at an SATA2 interface:
