For just barely 50 Euro you get with the Cooler Master MasterBox Lite 5 really very much case! The optics are of course a center of gravity with this case and so the MasterBox Lite 5 Case is predestined to cause additional costs due to purchasing RGB fans 😉 The effects, which can be achieved thanks to the special smoked-lens optics, are worth it in our opinion. Or you can directly buy the new Cooler Master MasterBox Lite 5 RGB Edition *Ad.
Also the removable bezels are a nice gimmick, through which you can give your case an individual note. It can become unique by the 3D print templates, which we also tested in this review.
Much is kept simple because of the budget, but important features are nevertheless practicably implemented. Anyway, there are also aspects that have improvement potential. Another feature of the case is that it magically attracts dust and fingerprints on the acrylic parts. The front of smoke glass is also vulnerable to scratches. However, as long as these are not too deep, you can repair it with watch polish. Because of the great optics the 5.25″ slot had to disappear.
All in all, we like the Cooler Master MasterBox Lite 5 Showcase very well.
