 | The newest development of the interactive Socket 939 Pinmod guide is published on ocinside.de.
In the new version 1.1 are some new connections to increase the Vcore (CPU voltage) and
now also selections to lower the Vcore which is important to underclock processors.
For example to lower the power consumption of HTPCs (Home Theater PCs).

 | The ocinside.de OC-Database got several updates and contains at present
nearly 10000 registered systems for a direct comparison.
Beside other things now also the AMD Opteron dual core, AMD Turion 64, AMD geode,
Intel Pentium D and Intel Celeron D is selectable.
In the OC-Database one can filter and sort according to different criteria, or search within
the user profiles even for special words e.g. the used motherboard, the CPU stepping, etc.
In addition the PC-profile was extended for benchmark program values, so that everyone
can type in their results for future benchmark Charts.
The user data for the OC-Database are updated every night, so who register today
the system, can compare this already tomorrow with nearly 10000 other systems.

 | 7 pages and 80 pictures covers the current Redaktion ocinside.de CeBIT 2006 report,
which was planned originally as short summary for "Hardware Freaks".
However, like every year it's difficulty to say, what's most interested.
Because the abundance with well over 20 halls probably impress all visitors since many years.
The pages are cut into the ranges Gaming, CaseMod / CaseCon, new Motherboards,
new cooler and heatsinks, new cases and first impressions.
It's only in german language available, but I'm sure it's quite interesting to watch
the pictures (or use translation).

| Again less coffee may be drunk, because finally it's succeeded to publish the first
interactive Pinmod guide for current AMD Athlon 64 Socket 939 CPUs !
In the version 1.0 it's like in the previous AMD SocketA Pinmod guide necessary
to connect different CPU pins with small wires.
The result is awesome, because it's possible to increase the CPU voltage (also on PC startup)
to 1.550 Volt, which is enormously important to get high overclocking results.
Depending on the Motherboard it's even possible to get a Vcore of 1.900 Volt !
Much pleasure with the new Pinmod and with the additionally published Pinmod help.
